It's amazing how a little tomorrow can make up for a whole lot of yesterday.

Knowing November
|
Disclosure: November is the player-alt of Annapurna, the game-owner.
• Familiar Face? - If you played on The Reach, yes, this is the same November. Her player wasn't ready to close her story yet! If she knew you there, she will know you here, and The Reach's activities are counted as part of her IC backstory.
• Thirteenth Lunaversary! - November has been in town a while now, and aims to stay. Townsfolk aren't entirely sure how they feel about that. One of the founders of Fate's Harvest Freehold, she arrived in early May 2015, and has been steadily integrating herself into the community ever since. It wasn't until later in the year that she opened a second branch of Ninth Spectrum Paintball, bringing friendly violence and mischief to the side of Flat Top Hill down in Fort Brunsett.
• Changeling - She is one, and rather unashamedly so, at that. Her choice to live on the east bank of the Tam was, perhaps, a tactful move. Or a foolish one. Mortals avoid it for a reason.
• Lost Pantheon - See that 'unashamed' bit above? Yeah. That would be because she is the Trickster in the Lost Pantheon, and being ashamed of her divinity would be a mighty silly thing to her way of thinking. She could pretend, and sometimes does. Sometimes.
• Storyteller - November has always had a gift for touching others with tales. She lives for stories, factual or fictional, whether her own or those of acquaintances she meets, and actively searches out inspiration for more.
• Bibliophilic Ambitions - She has worked at libraries since she was old enough to work, and her fingers are just itching to get themselves back into a card catalogue...or they would be, if computers hadn't replaced them! She will wholeheartedly support the cultivation of book collections.
• Dancing Drums - If there is anything which competes with the allure of storytelling, it's music. Drumming, singing, anything with a rhythm that'll set her feet to dancing and her heart on a happier path. If you're a musician, chances are good she'll have something to talk about!
• Contract Creatrix - If you're a changeling, you might have heard of the recent forging of a Contract with Colors. It's still pretty quiet, but the rainbow has been spreading knowledge of it to many she meets. Interested in hearing about it from the source? She'd be only too glad to oblige.
[Librarians] are subversive. You think they're just sitting there at the desk, all quiet and everything. They're like plotting the revolution, man. I wouldn't mess with them.

Musical Truths and Lies
|
Ramones - She Talks to Rainbows
- She's a little lost girl in her own little world,
- She looks so happy but she seems so sad.
Robert Miles - Children
The Muppets - The Rainbow Connection
- Rainbows are visions
- But only illusions
- And rainbows have nothing to hide
- So we've been told
- And some choose to believe it
- I know they're wrong, wait and see
Hustle Roses - Alive
- I'm in the business of being alive
- I will not falter, I'll never die
- I'm in the business of being alive
- I am the shelter, shelter
- Release your heart
- and do it from the start
- Oh, your wings will lift you up
- and you'll never stop singing
Florrie - Live a Little
- 'Cause I've read every single page
- And I wouldn't say I'm crazy but...
- If you look in my eye
- You might be surprised
- I get a little dangerous.
Imogen Heap - Tidal
- While we're here, let's see what happens.
- What we got, got got to lose? (what we got to lose?)
- While we're tidal and flexed on a full moon
- It'd be a sure sure shame to not do.
