Lucky wasn't born here. As far as he's aware, he doesn't know a soul in this town yet, other than passing acquaintances. What brought him here remains kind of a mystery, but he doesn't seem to be in any great hurry to leave. When asked about it, he tends to just smile pleasantly and say something like, "Came for the sights, stayed for the people."
However, he's already starting to make something of a name for himself. Not really in any spectacular or heroic way. But he's been known to show up at pool halls, back-room poker games, and pretty much any other places that bets are made. And he tends to leave with more money than he came in with.
Lucky is a member of the Dawn Court, which might be something at least somewhat unusual in a world dominated by the Seasonal courts. Still, some rumors arrived with him, and it's generally well known that he's on at least passably good terms with the Spring and Autumn courts; enough to be invited into their parties, at least, without necessarily being a member of the inner circle .
