Overview
Duncan escaped some six years ago, appearing along the coast of northern Massachusetts. Within a year he had joined the small Freehold in the Ipswich area, Twilight Bay. Over the next few years he has gained a reputation as a capable fighter, and he's known throughout the area for slaying the Kraken of Ipswich, a huge hedge sea monster that had been terrorizing the coastal hedge and seas for many years.
