MT03 - Tamarack Falls - North Main and Bridge

Interrupted by the presence of narrow Bridge Street on its way down the eastern slope, the town's small nod to a commercial district occupies a good half mile and more of land north of the square along Main Street. Here, businesses rest on small lots with smaller parking space, buildings painted and kept with fair cheer for a tourist-friendly look, if occasionally still a bit careworn.

Parking meters mark safe spots on the road's broadening shoulder, the town's small grocery store, a butcher's, a bakery, the local feed and seed store and the hardware shop all within a short walk. The sidewalks are well maintained, with a verge of grass and an occasional tree to add a bit of greenery in the proper season, though everything tends to close up at five.
