Agnes showed up about a year ago and opened up a flower shop called Love Me, Love Me Not. It's not very highly reviewed on Yelp (1-star) and this is probably entirely due to the fact that she has god awful customer service skills. Somehow, though, the shop stays open. As far as what she did before moving to Vermont? She doesn't say. After all, she is Spring -- she looks forward, not back. You should too, by the way.
