Overview

      As his ambiguously Latin accent betrays, Rhys isn't from around here. However, he ingratiates himself well enough with whomever he meets with a warm smile, a handshake, and the heady scent of perfectly aged wine. Despite his rather cordial affectations he is quite obviously damaged goods when anyone gets to know him privately. He sees himself as a god, and the will of the macro and existence itself. Life is pain, and he wishes to inflict it upon willing supplicants, but will happily bring those to death that wish for its sweet release as well. His is a purpose marked as empyreal despite what The Unbidden Will of the Cosmos has done to him, and Rhys will only stop at his death. Even that isn't the end.
