Passive Blessing: Fickle Inspiration

Muses grant mortals within their presence +2 to all Crafts and Expression rolls. Mortals must be able to see or hear the Muse directly--not through media such as photograph or phone--to be thus inspired.

Active Blessing: The Tyranny of Ideas

Muses may spend a Glamour once per scene to allow a target to reroll all non-successes once (/rote) on a single Crafts or Expression roll. If applied to an extended action, this blessing is applied to only one roll in the action. The target must be able to see or hear the Muse directly, as with Fickle Inspiration.

High Wyrd Blessing

Muses of Wyrd 7 and higher may use the Tyranny of Ideas to instead deny a target 10-again and subtract 1s from successes (/weak) on a single Crafts or Expression roll. This applies only to one roll in an extended action, and the target must be able to see or hear the Muse directly.

Repelled by the sound of breaking glass, cannot be told "I love you," rhyming compulsions, cannot sleep in the same room as a lover, cannot contact mortals on Saturdays, fears white cats.
