History
- Daughter of a Russian immigrant family, Svetlana Dragunova came to Fort Brunsett not long ago without much fanfare. She bought and refurbished an old shop in town into a posh but cozy restaurant called the Winter Palace Restaurant, and now resides above the establishment with her sister Olenka.
- In reality Svetlana is one of the Lost, a Fairest who escaped the Lady of Loser's Grief's realm. She is a shadowy beauty with an alarming sense of danger, who seems to prefer maintaining a veil of secrecy to her existence.
Description
- Svetlana is a young woman who appears to be in her twenties, lithe of build, wiry of limbs with an ethereal quality about her. She stands a cool five-foot-seven, yet despite her apparent youth she has a quiet sense of confidence about her. Her long light brown hair is straight and flowing like a silken waterfall, with long loose bangs framing her fine-featured face; a button nose and glossed lips, cheeks that are just a bit rounded with baby fat yet to be shed - and in the center of it all are her most noticeable feature: her large gray eyes are so seemingly full of wonder and allure, one can almost see straight into her soul.
- She is currently wearing a tailored navy blue women's pantsuit that is the epitome of chic; the cut of the suit is precise to project a sense of professionalism, yet mixed with emphasis on her femininity. The jacket fits her shoulders perfectly, and the sheer low-cut blouse worn underneath can be seen when the jacket is unbuttoned, and the sleeves stylishly rolled up to her elbows. The lack of a collar leaves her graceful neck bare, except for a thin silver necklace that circles her throat. On her hips and legs are the suit pants, tapering down to a pair of fashionable black ASOS pointed high heels that add a further three inches to her height. When outdoors, she wears a long black overcoat on top of her clothes, as well as a white scarf around her neck for warmth.

- Svetlana is one of the Lost, a Fairest of the Moon Court. Sophisticated, sociable, polite, she seems to be comfortable dealing with the Lost in any social strata and generally non-judgemental against any political stance.
- Restaurant Owner
- She owns the Winter Palace Restaurant, in Fort Brunsett. A classy, upscale but cozy restaurant, the Winter Palace is a relatively new establishment refurbished from an old shop, and is quickly becoming a favorite spot of local well-to-do residents as well as tourists.
- Russian Immigrant
- Her family immigrated to the U.S. a while back, and had ties with the Russian immigrant communities in Brighton Beach and the greater NYC area.
