Summary
A rash of horrifying dreams is slowly spreading through the city's populace, a cancerous growth of no known source or purpose.

Edit: It's November, and most scenes related to this plot are private/between players trying to solve the problem. It has been established that the source of the terrible dreams is a member of the Gentry, though despite many (dozens of) attempts to divine the creature's reasoning, no cause has yet been determined.
