Overview
Take a PhD level scientist and lover of all things guns and weapons that grew up in Columbus Georgia outside a military base. Then shove him into Arcadia for a century or so, let stew with a hefty Durance full of no Copenhagen, no Bud, endless tortures and having to watch his inventions kill people. Then return him home to his teenage city and watch what happens!
