Overview
Garrett is a bit of an oddball and a pretty creepy one at that. Not a creep in the ‘hey little girl’ way. But in the way he presents himself and how he asks. He’s a very soft spoken man, but has loud outbursts when people aren’t listening to him. He’s been with the Fate’s Harvest Freehold since it was founded and he has been a Custodian Mentor just as long.
