For whatever reason it is, the Lost known as Doctor Sterling holds no one immediately close to her. For years she has had no motley, and has never pledged to a Freehold for more than two consecutive seasons. She's always on the move - whether it's hunting out dream poison in areas, investigating other realms of Gentry influence, or simply providing the service of her healing skills she hops from place to place.
