Daughter of a Russian immigrant family, Svetlana Dragunova came to Fort Brunsett not long ago without much fanfare. She bought and refurbished an old shop in town into a posh but cozy restaurant called the Winter Palace Restaurant, and now resides above the establishment with her sister Olenka.
In reality Svetlana is one of the Lost, a Fairest who escaped the Lady of Loser's Grief's realm. She is a shadowy beauty with an alarming sense of danger, who seems to prefer maintaining a veil of secrecy to her existence.
