Overview

      He's been locked up. Thrice. First was a stint in juvie with a youth program that got him sent away to Arcadia. After being hemmed up in Arcadia he was free. For a grand total of three years. Then again when he near stabbed a man to death over some kinda vendetta. He didn't see decent daylight again until early in 2019. Now, Ingo's roaming around VT to see what new trouble he can get into.

• Ex-Felon: He was arrested for aggravated assault in NY, and did nine years before his release. It's quite obviously in the public record, but not the best path down memory lane.
