Active Blessing: Consumptive Voice

Nix may spend a Glamour to entrance an audience by speaking or singing. All who can hear the Nix's voice suffer a penalty to perception checks (Wits+Composure) of half the Nix's Wyrd (rounded up) to notice anything besides the Nix until the Nix stops speaking/singing or chooses to release the hold on the audience. This blessing is usable once per scene.

High Wyrd Blessing

Her song has become truly powerful, and reaches deeply into her prey's psyche. Targets of the Nix's Active Blessing suffer lasting effects, taking a -2 to any Perception (Wits + Composure) rolls for the remainder of the scene while in the Nix's presence, even once she has stopped singing.
