Overview
William "Whiskey" Fry, AKA Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, was born in England and came with her cousin Harm to the new world. Then she got "saved" from Scarlet Fever by the Mother Who Feeds, in return for a certain number of years of service. When she was let go she almost died in the Hedge, saved this time by the Sawbones of the Picadilly Circus. They also made her a him, to better hide. Whiskey returned a little over a year ago, but has been on a mission for the Custodians that's had him away from the freehold until now. He's crashing at the Fry Family farm until he gets set up with his own place here, and he's known a bit as a freelance mechanic and artist.
As a Changeling, he is known for being helpful to all in the Freehold (Goodwill 2 with Winter, Spring and Summer). He is a full-fledged Custodian, a Vizier, and a friend to Hobs. He knows many things, and is often happy to be a drinking buddy.
