       History
Svetlana Dragunova is a new resident of Fort Burnsett, who bought and refurbished an old shop in town into a posh but cozy restaurant called the Winter Palace. She is rumored to be a distant relative of the Frys, but it is not clear precisely what that relationship is.
In reality Svetlana is one of the Lost, a Fairest/Elemental who escaped the Floriographer's realm. She was taken in St. Petersburg, Russia, and despite her apparent youth, Svetlana has been trapped in the Gentry's realm for a century. Shaped by the Floriographer, she personifies the essence of the Winter Court, both philosophically and physically.

       Description
Svetlana is a young woman who appears in her late teens or early twenties, lithe of build, wiry of limbs with an ethereal quality about her. She stands a cool five-foot-seven, yet despite her apparent youth she has a quiet sense of confidence about her. Her long blonde hair is straight and flowing like a silken waterfall, with long loose bangs framing her fine-featured face; a button nose and glossed lips, cheeks that are just a bit rounded with baby fat yet to be shed - and in the center of it all are her most noticeable feature: her large gray eyes are so seemingly full of wonder and allure, one can almost see straight into her soul.
She is currently wearing a form-fitting burgundy-colored sweater that hugs her feminine curves, with a wide collar that leaves her graceful neck bare. A thin silver necklace circles her throat, with a ornate silver pendant hanging from the chain. On her hips and legs are a pair of snug black pants, tapering down to a pair of black knee-height leather boots. The boots' heels are fashionably high, adding a further three inches to her height. When outdoors, she wears a long black overcoat on top of her clothes, as well as a white scarf around her neck for warmth.

Far away, long ago, Glowing dim as an ember,
