Overview
Oliver DeSoto, a.k.a. Olly-D, is a new guy in town. A young man with a lot of confidence who has set up a bail bonds service close to the courthouse. He's also been known to investigate things for people professionally from time to time. Olly likes to party and is often seen indulging to excess at night spots around town. Rumor has it, he's single and but dates men.

- Ex Con - Spent time at Leavenworth Prison in Kansas under his original identity.
- Changeling - Looking for a place / role in the Autumn court. It's obvious that's his mantle.
