Overview
You could hope for better bedside manner in a school nurse and trainer, someone who'll give you a lollipop and tell you it will be all right. Christine manages this, but the kids she works with are more fascinated by her brusque ready-to-fight-the-world approach to things. Many Lost healers fit best with Spring and its ideals of giving you what you want, too, but Cris is not one of these. Cris doesn't have that kind of social grace. What she does have is a take-charge attitude and a feeling like some problems just need to be punched in the nuts, so perhaps she fits a middling member of the Summer Court just fine. When not helping middle schoolers manage their asthma medication or telling high school jocks to stay off their injured knees, she serves as a field medic and general grumpy doctor type to those in need.
