Overview
Olivia was born and raised in Fort Brunsett. It was a moderately normal life until she became a teenager, when her abilities began to manifest. She's always had some musical skill, and she left town years ago to pursue a musical career. She managed to do well enough, but for some reason, she's decided to return home. At least, for a little while.
In June of 2018, one of Weaver's enemies came to town with the intent of destroying his life. To take people down one at a time who meant something to him. Which is how Olivia ended up in Arcadia, turned over to the same True Fae that had taken her cousin so many years ago.
