Hello. I am Shelley, A Storyteller for Fate's Harvest. This means I have been granted a position where I have pretty much free reign to tell stories, with mostly just oversight from Headstaff, and can make use of more tools and possibilities than your average PrP Storyteller.
I like to run things involving the Hedge, Monsters, True Fae, and the Spirits. I am open to running many other things, but as you can see by my hours I am limited in what time I can give. If my hours don't match up to yours, We can do the best we can, but I may not be able to help you out.
As an official staff position you can reach me through jobs - +req/st will put a request into the job system that I will be able to see and respond too. If you are involved in one of my plots or I have asked you to do so, please put in a req with any questions or actions you wish to take.
I am big on detail. The more detail you provide me, the more likely you are to succeed. I am not blind to the fact that we RP fantasies here though, so things like 'I want to cover my tracks, and with Survival 5 and a specialty in tracking I hope to know what to do' are perfectly acceptable. I am reminded of a friend who, while playing the Legend of the Five Rings RPG, would start every NPC encounter by saying . 'Polite Greeting!' and rolling his very large socialize pool. He did not know the right things to say as a player, but his character did. The same goes for your characters. If you say "I want to make sure these things are taken care of, I just don't know how to do it but my stats say I do' we will roll dice and let the dice gods decide how good you are.
On that same note, I am not one who will push or prod. Plot will go at its own pace. If you do nothing with it, maybe nothing will happen. Maybe consequences will. The timelines I run with are never quick because my own times are restrictive. However, some things do have a timer, even if that timer is months.
