Overview
A bright future faced a young man from Brooklyn. Firefighter father, teacher mother, comfortably middle class. An aptitude for most things about life. Bright, athletic, friendly, cheery. Looking back on what he used to be only breaks his heart again. He went off to college in Manhattan. Two years in he was taken. The Durance hazy and unremembered. Flashes of freezing cold, climbing tall mountains, wolves in the valley. When he emerged, he was broken and alone. Some people took him in. Bad people that made him do bad things. But he felt like he belonged and he was valued for his actions. His decisions rather than used as a prop. So he killed. Graceful and beautiful and dark and deadly. His father was dead, killed at the World Trade Center. The Fetch was a broken version of himself. No, what he would have become if he had stayed. It had to die and so it did, breaking his mother's heart again. He never looked back. The Silent Arrow called to him, the Silent Knights saved him and he joined them. No more killing. Plenty of bad decisions and immoral behavior but no more killing. Now he's here after working his way here since the Freehold started.
