Overview

      In 2010, he fell out of a hole in the world and landed in the town he was originally born in, because you never really escape a small town, and it applies double for Texas. Despite the origin, he has no trace of his accent left, only a sometimes-stilted way of speaking. Due to his tenure in the faraway bad place, he's cautious about any form of wager, written agreement, or worst of all, games of chance. All of his experience with luck has been bad, and he can prove it fast.

      He has taken up a career similar to his "job" under the thumb of his Keeper: he gives tattoos, except this time, every participant is willing and it is transactional, not punitive. His artwork is exceptional, as is his devotion to his trade and their observed code of conduct.

      In the event of badly-made, criminally-tied, or unauthorized applications of a tattoo, he will charge nothing for it to be edited or removed, after a careful discussion about it. What he won't do is any form of body art without that discussion.
