Overview
Noel arrived sometime in the last few months. She's the girl with the wild hair and the dirt under her fingernails. She smells good. Like good.
RP Hooks
- San Diego - From the Left Coast, Noel has come to this place at short notice. She isn't used to the weather, and California is a world away, or so it feels like.
- Rebuild - Noel's bread and butter are contacts and Knowing Things. Having been removed completely from her element, Noel's bread and butter has been unceremoniously snatched away. This is not something the impulsive mouse foresaw when she moved.
- Plant Matter - Flora. Flowers and gardening in general does well with her, and her affinity for flowers translates into green tipped fingers and the flowers in her hair. This extends to an affinity for marijuana and growing those pretty plants.
- Hungry - Having faced extreme deprivation, Noel never turns down a chance to eat. She seems to have almost hummingbird like metabolism, and is usually snacking on something.
- Selfie Queen - Instagram, Snap Chat, and Twitter. She does all of these things, using social media under a psuedonym, Nicey. She is a frequent poster about issues like police brutality and she also seems to care a whole lot about dogs.
