Overview

      Winny is new in town. She's just taken over a largely defunct tattoo shop, recently renamed the 'Painted Pig Tattoo and Body Modification Parlour'. She is fairly well known for her work, and her own extreme efforts at body modification, ranging from tattoos, scarification and implants to highly experimental biohacking. Some might have seen her on social media or certain print ads, as she sometimes moonlights as an alt model. She has a 'pet' pig, almost as tattooed as she is, called Bruiser that goes with her everywhere.

      A member of the Moon Court, she's a high Wyrd Wizened who revels in her own freakishness. She is a recent arrival and has made a point of not joining the freehold, though she clearly holds a 'live and let live' attitude toward the organization. Though she doesn't go around advertising her services, she is a Tokenmaker, and can occasionally be convinced to do a commission, though it's much more likely she'll do it if it's something she can pierce, implant or otherwise add to the person's body that's requested it.
