Overview

      Akka ibn Irin hails from many lands. He lost his own half a century ago, and wherever he lays his hat becomes his home. There is little rhyme nor reason for why he chooses where he goes beyond self-made providence, and the search of a Martyr. Since his departure of his Keeper he lives with the worry that every bad day, every bad interaction, and every threat against his life may be due to The Image. He still keeps a relatively positive outlook insofar that he has survived for as long as he has, and plans on surviving for much longer. He has worn many hats over his very long life, and the most well known comes from his duty and existence as a Vizier.

      After the duties and tasks he sets for himself with in any given Freehold he has two other purposes. To kill any Martyr that would destroy what he cares for and has built, and to search for any other that may be exiled or displaced by the machinations of The Image. For the mortal world and even Changelings he offers aid, and typically in the financial sense. He is often too busy and too proud to do much more, and would sooner pay someone else to get their hands dirty when it doesn't deal with The Image.

RP Hooks

• From Money: Mortals know Mr. ibn Irin as a man born of money. Someone whose wealth gains notice, but is far too great to garner the kind of attention that wants to know the truth of it.
• Philanthropist: Much of his money goes to the worthy and the downtrodden. If someone didn't know any better he'd almost come off as he's emulating The Image.
• The Image: The Image didn't warp or torture Akka. No, he gave the man purpose, and he threw it all away with one word. Why?
• Messenger: Akka was once tasked with spreading The Image's divine truth among The Hyperious Host, and it's a talent he carries to this day.
• Changeling: One of the Lost, although he doesn't appear to be without direction nor purpose.
• Angel: In the Biblical sense, but not from the Bible. At least not one made by man.
• Monsoon King: He was a King of a Freehold all the way back in Ghana, and way back in time. Those days didn't end too well, and he rarely speaks of it.
• Gilded King: He was once apart of an African bent of The Charmed Circle, although his membership ended with his rulership.
• Vizier: A member since somewhere around 1500s. He's touched Freeholds from Los Angelos to Zimbabwe, although not all of his advice has fallen on welcome ears.
• Dawn Court: After travelling some in Europe during the 1700s he joined the Dawn Court, and once courted Hope as the jewel of his eye. Akka's time
• Sun Court: Akka has belonged to the Sun Court after a decades long stay in Germany somewhere around the early 20th century. As best as anyone can tell his membership began as some form of enlightenment that he now adheres zealously too.
