+Request Command Explanation
For those unfamiliar with the "Anomaly Jobs" +job system within a game, it is a popular bit code which allows players and staff to lodge easily-tracked tickets with one another. It by far exceeds simple @mailing, though it will @mail you to alert you to updates.
General:
+request	This is the primary command. If there is no other specific +req/<something> to choose, or if you want to send something to a specific staffer's attention, use this. If sending to a specific staffer, be sure to use 'ATTN: <staffer-name>' in the title of the command.

+req/build	If you are building a home, or a business, or a Hollow, this is where you send up your request for staff to dig it for you. Check the Building page for instructions.
	+req/build New Restaurant=Hey, I want to build a new family restaurant. It'll be...
+req/code	Do you have an idea for a new command? Do you have an idea for added functionality in an existing one? Would you like us to add a new merit to the system? Ask here. If you find a bug, please use the +bug command instead. It works the same way as a +request. (+bug <title>=<description>)

+req/equip	Staff doesn't need you to send up a +request for all equipment your character has. In general, if an item gives you a mechanical bonus, you need to +req/equip for it and spend your Resources on it. Otherwise... fudge away! If you have suggestions for new equipment to add to the list, or for alterations of the stats on existing equipment, this is also where you send those up for review.

+req/npc	Need to chat with a particular NPC? Here's where you ask for staff time to do so. Depending on the NPC in question, it could require a specific staffmember, or could be anyone. Wiz staff and ST staff will both respond to these.
