WW10 - Wilderness - Rockstrewn Trail
Climbing higher up the slopes on either side, the rising land affords a good break point atop a shallow cliff, the view over the farmlands to the south a patchwork of green dotted with the browns, whites and blacks of dairy cows and horses grazing in the distance. High above to the northwest, Salvation's summit is half-hidden by the trees upslope, though the jut of the cliff gives a decent view of its lower peak off to the east, as well as Mischance off on the east bank.
Popular with rock climbers, the cliff above the simple dirt bridle path is an easy one for beginners to practice on, hand holds plentiful and rough enough for a good grip free-climbing. Only twenty feet high, falls are seldom fatal.
