Joining

This isn't an easy task, and Pilgrims require absolute dedication. First a potential must overcome weaknesses such as addictions or obsessions. Then the potential is put through tests to determine their strengths and weaknesses. The final trial generally forces the recruit to train and focus on one area where they're lacking.

They tend to have physical perfection. NO hair out of place, no stubble, no calluses.

Background

Pilgrims can come from any sort of background, so long as they're devoted to the task.

Organization

There is next to no organization most of the time. They do, however, tend to keep in touch with one another.
