In our imaginary world, Stowe is a good 20 miles west of us. Essentially, staff selectively warped the shape of Vermont to add two mountains, a valley, a 10-mile lake and attendant city to its belly.
It is the same as regular Stowe, just... darker.
Pertinent Facts
ICly, it is known to be where the members of the Soundless freehold are coming from. Fate's Harvesters don't yet know where, exactly, they are located, as their holdings have been heavily protected and shielded from easy notice, even by other fae.
