Rumors
- "Did you hear about that guy up in Tamarack Falls? No, not THAT one. This was a skinny guy, and you wouldn't BELIEVE what people are saying he was up to last Saturday night..."
- Or:
- Children who walk alone down June Berry Hill at night have been saying they hear a sad lady crying there, but nobody's around when parents come to look.
People talk.
When things are weird, people talk more.
This wiki page acts as a supplement to +bboard 21, a place for you to post tag-ends of plots and hints of story hooks you'd like other players to ask around about.
While your rumor doesn't have to be an actual conversation, as a general guideline, it should be relatively brief -- we're talking about the little snippets you might overhear walking down the street, or that your hair dresser might gleefully relay while snipping off split ends.
In each post, include a name for people to contact about the story if it is a PRP, the date the rumour is available for public consumption, and to which spheres it would be relevant.
This is also a good place to post when you, or your friends, do something to breach the secrecy of the supernatural, something which would catch the mortal public's eye.
To post a rumor, visit Rumors/PlayerRumors, edit the page and add your rumor. |
