MN07 - Mischance Mine - Tunnel
The cavern roof is shorter here, less work done to finesse its height, scarcely more than six feet at its best. The slope sharpens in places, path jagging from side to side where water found tougher stone less amenable to wearing down in the tunnel's creation. The occasional fluorescent pink or orange arrow points down toward the farther end, and some enterprising soul appears to have gathered all of the beer cans, detritus and food packages often littered here into a pyramidal heap.
This heap appears, always triangular, no matter how much rubbish is present, replaced in the tunnel with new trash any time the old is taken. Its source is never seen.
