Library/Market of Dancing Delight

Anna and I were down in Fort Brunsett, near the Riverside Market, when we encountered a group of very humanoid hobgoblins selling goods in an alleyway. There were six, that we saw, and no humans appeared to notice them at all. Their customers were an array of smaller hobs, but none of them were really willing to talk with us. The sellers just told us to come back later, that the market would be in the city again 'next moon' if we wanted to buy something. When Anna mentioned the Wild Roses, they pretty much kicked us out, so I'm guessing they weren't supposed to be there in the first place.

Update: I went back to the alley at the same moon phase, and I just tried again today, but nobody was there. Anna couldn't find them in any of the other alleys in the area, either. Where did they go?
