Fate's Harvest will not knowingly support underage RP. In practical terms, this translates to no children under 18 played on the MUX.
If your character has a child under 18, it is perfectly permissible for you to RP _having_ said child, to include references to said child, but do not directly NPC it in a public scene.
Changelings, a note for you: you are infertile if you are above Wyrd 1 (HR). You will not naturally have children. If you intend to use the Goblin Midwife contract or similar means, see the note above. Fae-touched are considered Mortal for purposes of childbearing.
