RULES:

Apply Moderate Poison Tilt in combat (target takes 1B per round after first successful damaging strike with this dagger).

Outside of combat, target continues to take 1L per hour (contested with Resolve + Stamina - 15) until the total 15L has been delivered. Target CAN be healed in the interim, but will continue taking damage until the total 15L has been applied, regardless.
