Accompanied several explorers into the Hedge looking as Custodial representative. Found in the hands of dead Changeling, he held an old-fashioned can opener as if it were a weapon. The object seemed out of place, given the location within the Hedge looked like an abandoned college dormitory decorated by someone that, if they were alive, would be a stronger supporter of their Second Amendment rights. One of the fellowship started to play with the rusted object. As the wheel from the old can-opener spun, I observed that anyone within the room that wore metal armor suddenly wasn't. Clips unclipped, fasteners unfastened, and anyone that came in protected suddenly found themselves unprotected as their armor fell to the floor. The clause of Smith's Wisdom allowed me to confirm that the object was indeed the source of the disrobing.

Note This item has been placed in the library in Stoneheart for the moment, and further being examined by the Librarian for any additional surprises.

The Can Opener (Token Dot-filled.pngDot-filled.png)

Mask: A rusty, beaten-up old-fashioned can opener.
Mien: A tidier old-fashioned can opener
Activation: Standard + Twist the crank
Power: When you activate the token, metal armour on everyone within Wyrd yards unclasps itself and magically falls to the ground. It has no effect on polymers/leather/non-metallic Hedgespun, but WILL open any metallic clasps on otherwise non-metallic armour.
Drawback: For the remainder of the scene, anything which can open to inconvenience you will do so. Cans will open in your pack and spill food; pouches or wallets will open and spill precious money on the ground; pockets will upend themselves, dumping their contents; cabinet doors will swing open just as you walk by, banging into your knees, etc. This effect is never beneficial, and cannot affect locked items.
Catch: Strip off your own armor. Every bit of it, until you are wearing nothing which could remotely protect you from anything. Mantle bonuses or thick skin don't count as external protection for these purposes.
