Basil has much explaining to do still
"I'm scurvy, seditious like the powder delicious You know that I'm the pirate who is the most viscious We blacken the sky the Jolly Roger and I, If you don't comply kiss your ass goodbye" |
Description
Sp much pending...
Realm: Solar Fleet Epsilon
The Sky Admiral holds no territory of his own, aside from the crew and the decks of the ships in his pirate fleet. Referred to as 'The Admirality', Santei's ever-changing number of ships move frequently between the realms of others. They test the defenses of other Gentry, raid and pillage where they find weakness, and rest on occasion in secluded or neutral realms. The Sky Admiral's raiders do frequent trading with The Borrower.

Suggested Themes for Escapees
Strike hard and stay mobile - The Sky Admiral holds no territory. It takes resources to hold land, precious resources that could instead be taking more! Former raiders learn not to put their trust in walls and defenses. They may dislike routine, avoid staying in the same place for multiple nights. Maybe they stay mobile, living out of a vehicle or a backpack. Or perhaps they just prefer an aggressive, stick and move approach to problems instead of building and investing in long term solutions.
Everything has a weakness - Those who spent time in service to the Admiral learned to always be on the lookout for weaknesses, and exploit it wherever possible. They're hard to trust, and find it hard to extend trust to others. But they tend to watch the world with a wary eye, and be skilled at identifying opportunity. They won't waste resources fighting at a disadvantage, and instead will bide their time waiting for the right moment to strike.
By Seeming:
- Many Beast kiths exist. Many, many. Chimera is the most common, however, often dual-kithed with Ogre kiths fur durability and survival.
- Darklings tend toward the more physical, cruel end, sharper, fighters, good hiders.
- Elementals are seldom purely elemental, typically influenced by kiths from other Seemings. The situations The Borrower puts its captives through don't typically lend themselves to one consistent element over another. The realm is too changeable.
- Fairests are almost unheard-of. If you are a Fairest, you were more than likely traded for with another Keeper, your beauty will more than likely end up corrupted or ruined, and you are more than likely tasked with some form of administration over the arenas and the guests who sometimes come to watch.
- Ogres are extremely common, tending toward those most adaptable, most durable and best at survival.
- Wizened are also on the uncommon side of common, but they are canny, and their cleverness can help them to survive. Crafters, for example, might arise out of pure native skill and desperation for trapping the beasts that would kill them.
