New in town, and seems to keep to himself. Unless he's been drinking, then anything goes.

He's one, and he's yet to really understand how to control his powers. Sometimes things just happen! Honest!

He has it, but he tries to keep it quiet. But there are a few nice things he just can't do without, and he'll pay whatever it costs.
- Electronics
He tinkers with all sorts of things, though building little useless robots is a great way to pass the time.

He's definitely in it.
