Overview
A misspent youth tinged with drugs, scandal and shady crowds is hardly that unusual for the ever so respectable Utridge clan, but Quinn did skirt close to open indiscretion a few times. Whether he eventually straightened up or was just spared from consequences by family money is unclear, but he did eventually leave town to finish his studies in New York.
