And So It Goes

       Liv came up here on a road trip with her husband. A romantic getaway that went bad when they got separated while hiking out by the Falls. The local police searched the woods and all they found were a few footprints and her husband's winter hat in the snow. That was six weeks ago. They've stopped looking, waiting for the late spring thaw to give up the location of his remains in the woods. But Liv refuses to go home, back to Kansas, to wait for her phone to ring and hear the words she doesn't want to hear. So, she's staying. Maybe a miracle will happen. Anything can happen, right? So why not a miracle, too?
