Joining

Legates never seek out people to join, since the tasks involved in joining mean getting up close and personal with Keepers. Instead, a potential member petitions to join then is tested.

Mien

There is always the whiff of apples about them, and beneath that is the scent of fermentation. There is also small striations of black skin, which appear in small, strange places like between the fingers or behind the ears.

Background

They are all powerful changelings, often prominent within their freehold. Those who join tend to be either humble or vain, however, or share a balance of the two.

Organization

The Entitlement holds contacts all over the world, and they communicate to share information. Members within a freehold vote on how to approach a situation, as well as who should handle it.

Privileges

The Keeper's Reprieve Keepers will always give a Legate time to speak. They get one minute of talk time per dot of Wyrd.

Weighted Words On any non-supernatural Manipulation-based roll, they get exceptional success at three successes, not five.
