Passive Blessing: Prescience

Oracles gain +1 to Initiative and Defense. Oracles may make a reflexive Wits + Composure roll to detect ambushes, traps, bombs, snipers, etc one turn before attack.

Active Blessing: Panomancy

Oracles may spend a Glamour once per day to predict good fortune either for themselves or another target, allowing the target to reroll non-successes once (/rote) on a single roll. This benefit fades if not used within 24 hours.

The Oracle may use her Active Blessing twice a day. May not be used on the same target.
